We carefully prepare and ship every Seghrouchni order with attention and care. Below you’ll find all relevant information regarding shipping.

Shipping destinations

We ship to all European countries, including both EU and non-EU destinations, as well as the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not ship outside Europe. If you would like your order shipped to a destination outside Europe, please contact us at info@theseghrouchni.com and we will gladly explore the available options.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected carrier:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: typically 1–2 business days

  • Rest of the European Union: typically 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU European countries & the United Kingdom: delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Holiday periods, customs clearance, or carrier delays may extend delivery timelines.

Delivery duties, customs & taxes

Orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), also known as Delivered At Place (DAP). This means that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • EU countries: No customs duties apply.

  • Non-EU European countries and the United Kingdom: Customs duties, VAT, or other import charges may apply and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or as requested by the carrier.

Customs regulations vary by country. We recommend checking the websites of the shipping carriers shown at checkout for more information regarding local customs rules.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Delays and delivery issues

Seghrouchni is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears delayed or you experience delivery issues, please contact us at info@theseghrouchni.com and we will assist you where possible.

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Seghrouchni cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
